Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management when necessary
  • Continuously update product and process knowledge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience
  • Meet KPIs: first call resolution, customer satisfaction, response time
  • Maintain records in CRM systems

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in customer support (fast-paced preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
