- Effectively resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns
- Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management when necessary
- Continuously update product and process knowledge
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience
- Meet KPIs: first call resolution, customer satisfaction, response time
- Maintain records in CRM systems
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer support (fast-paced preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
